How much does a metal garage cost in North Carolina?
Price depends on size, roof style, leg height, and how many doors and windows you add — a basic single-car garage sits at the low end, while a 30'×40' shop with a vertical roof and insulation costs several times that. Because we roll-form our own steel, we quote from current coil pricing rather than a national price list. Call (252) 375-3651 or send the quote form and you will have a real number within 24 hours.
Do I need a permit for a metal garage?
Almost always, if it is permanent and on a foundation. Requirements vary by county across NC, SC and VA, and coastal counties carry stricter wind-load rules than inland ones. We supply certified engineered drawings when your building inspector asks for them.
What is the difference between a regular, A-frame and vertical roof?
A regular roof has rounded corners and horizontal panels — the cheapest option, best for short buildings and mild weather. A-frame boxed eave gives you a residential roofline with horizontal panels. A vertical roof runs the panels top to bottom so rain, leaves and snow shed off instead of collecting. For anything over 30' long, or anywhere that sees real snow, the vertical roof is worth the upgrade.
Can I get a metal garage with no credit check?
Yes. Our rent-to-own program requires no credit check. You take delivery of the building and pay monthly, with the option to pay it off early. This is the most common way our customers buy.
How long does delivery take?
Because we roll-form panels in-house rather than waiting on a distributor, most standard orders ship within days rather than weeks. Complex builds with certified drawings take longer. We give you a real date at the time of order.
