A reseller orders finished panels, stocks fixed lengths, and passes on whatever lead time its own supplier gives it. Both use the word supplier. When you call, ask whether they roll their own — the answer tells you whether your delivery date is a commitment or a forecast. We roll our own on two lines and we will tell you the coil we are cutting from.
