How it works
You choose the building, pay an initial payment, and we deliver and install it. From there you make monthly payments until it is paid off, and the building is yours. There is no credit check and no bank involved. Most customers are approved the same day they call.
What it costs compared with paying cash
Rent-to-own costs more in total than paying cash up front — that is true of every financing arrangement and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What it buys you is the building today rather than in eighteen months of saving, and no credit inquiry. If you have the cash and no urgency, paying outright is cheaper. If you need the structure now, or your credit would not clear a bank, this is what it is for.
Early payoff and what happens if things change
You can pay the balance off early, and doing so reduces what you pay in total. If your circumstances change, talk to us early rather than late — there are usually more options available before payments are missed than after. Specific terms, initial payment and monthly amounts depend on the building and the agreement, so ask for the exact figures in writing before you sign anything.
