The most common thing we correct on quote calls is leg height — people specify for what fits today and regret it within two years, and leg height is the one thing that genuinely cannot be changed after installation. The second is width versus length: adding length is significantly cheaper than adding width, so if you need more area, we will usually suggest going longer.

Because certification requirements, wind loads and snow loads vary by county across NC, SC, VA and GA. Coastal counties enforce wind ratings inland ones do not; mountain counties add snow load. Quoting without knowing where the building goes produces a number that may not survive plan review.
