The usual arrangement is one company selling a kit and a separate crew erecting it. When panels arrive short, or anchors are wrong for the soil, or the slab is an inch out, each side points at the other and you are in the middle paying for the delay. Removing that gap is the practical argument for supply-and-erect, and it is worth more than a small price difference on the kit.
We erect across North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and Georgia from our lots and Farmville roll-forming plant. Erection is included free within 100 miles of any lot, which covers most addresses in our Carolina footprint. Beyond that we quote it openly. If you or your own crew are erecting, materials-only is equally fine — plenty of contractors buy from us that way.
In scope: manufacture, delivery, anchoring sized to your soil, erection, and certified drawings where required. Not in scope: concrete, grading, utilities, interior finish. Some contractors claim everything and subcontract most of it. We would rather draw the line clearly so you know who to line up — and we will tell you what your slab needs to look like before you pour it.
