We supply certified drawings for the structure and we manufacture, deliver and erect it. Your architect or general contractor owns code compliance for the finished facility — occupancy classification, egress, fire separation, accessibility, foundations and utilities. Start from clear width, because that is what constrains racking and equipment movement and it is the expensive dimension to change. Then add length, which is far cheaper per square foot than width. Tell us the operation and we will suggest a footprint.
