Bring dimensions, not a sheet count. We need the rafter run from ridge to eave, the building width, the roof pitch, and purlin spacing if you know it. From those we calculate panel count and length, ridge cap, eave and rake trim, J-channel, foam closures and screw quantity. Customers who arrive with a sheet count almost always under-order closures and screws — those are the parts that strand a job at 4pm.
Panels are the easy part. A watertight roof also needs ridge cap along the peak, eave and rake trim at the edges, J-channel where panels meet a wall, gable trim, and inside and outside foam closures top and bottom. Screws must be the right length for your purlin spacing and ideally colour-matched. We build the full list from your dimensions rather than letting you assemble it from memory.
Collecting avoids freight, which matters on a large materials order. For a handful of sheets, the fuel and time to drive it often exceeds what delivery would have cost. We will tell you honestly which makes sense for your job and location rather than defaulting to whichever suits us.
